Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Haven Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
