Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Birch Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Tampa. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
