Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Cedar Environmental Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Investigate trends in landfill records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on recycling loads. • Python or R for analysis.
