Data Analyst - operations reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Junction Property Management is a St. Louis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 275 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
