Data Analyst - operations reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around St. Louis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
