Data Analyst - operations reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around St. Louis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
