Data Analyst - operations reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Glen Facilities Group is a facilities company in St. Louis with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
