Data Analyst - operations reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Linden Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around St. Louis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 750 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
