Data Analyst - operations reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in St. Louis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
