Data Analyst - operations reporting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Iron Financial Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
