Data Analyst - operations reporting (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Spokane with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in shrink and waste and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
