Data Analyst - operations reporting (Spokane, WA)

Bluepeak Iron Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments.
