Data Analyst - operations reporting (Spokane, WA)

Bright Iron Medical is a Spokane company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on training materials.
