Data Analyst - operations reporting (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Spokane serving households and small businesses, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on deposit accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
