Data Analyst - operations reporting (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Hollow Farms is an agricultural business based around Spokane. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
