Data Analyst - operations reporting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Farms Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 221 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
