Data Analyst - operations reporting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Glen Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 727 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
