Data Analyst - operations reporting (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Iron Pharma develops and makes medicines in Spokane, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
