Data Analyst - operations reporting (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Spokane. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on fraud alerts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
