Data Analyst - operations reporting (Seattle, WA)

Bright Ridge Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Seattle with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on premium billing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
