Data Analyst - operations reporting (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Seattle, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 662 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
