Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Haven Community Partners is a Savannah charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on grant reporting. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
