Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Haven Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
