Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Amber Property Management is a Savannah property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
