Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

Silverline Thistle Property Management is a Savannah property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
