Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Willow Property Management Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
