Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Granite Water Authority is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 800 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in water quality and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
