Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Linden Facilities Partners looks after properties across the Savannah region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 849 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
