Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
