Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

Silverline Haven Construction is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in materials orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
