Data Analyst - operations reporting (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Basin Legal Group is a San Jose practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
