Data Analyst - operations reporting (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Quill Health Group provides primary and specialty care in San Jose. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on referrals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
