Data Analyst - operations reporting (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Nest Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Diego. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
