Data Analyst - operations reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in San Antonio. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
