Data Analyst - operations reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Vista Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Antonio. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent assistance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
