Data Analyst - operations reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Pine Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
