Data Analyst - operations reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Salt Lake City, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer sites. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
