Data Analyst - operations reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Bridge Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
