Data Analyst - operations reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Glen Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
