Data Analyst - operations reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Salt Lake City with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
