Data Analyst - operations reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Meadow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Salt Lake City, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
