Data Analyst - operations reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Wilder Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
