Data Analyst - operations reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Quill Facilities Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
