Data Analyst - operations reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Maple Markets is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on online orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
