Data Analyst - operations reporting (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Transit Planning Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service alerts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
