Data Analyst - operations reporting (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Vista Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
