Data Analyst - operations reporting (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Hollow Freight is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer tracking and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
