Data Analyst - operations reporting (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Junction Manufacturing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in machine downtime and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on tooling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
