Data Analyst - operations reporting (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Glen Transit Planning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
