Data Analyst - operations reporting (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Reno, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in field inspections and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
